About Sales1
What is Sales1CRM?
Sales1CRM is a cloud platform made in Indonesia that helps your company automate the way its sales, field and support teams work. It was built around the business processes of a developing market, which is why it has become a practical solution for companies in many industries, in Indonesia and abroad.
The legal entity behind Sales1 is PT Kreasi Sejahtera Teknologi, part of Sejahtera Group, a Jakarta group of companies established in 1984.
Who uses Sales1?
Companies from small teams to national sales forces, including Yakult Indonesia, Toshiba Indonesia, Telkomsel, Agung Podomoro Land, Holcim, Brataco Group, Ordesa, Kadence International and Abadinusa Usahasemesta. Users are based mainly in Indonesia, with customers in the USA and Singapore.
Where is my data stored?
In a data centre certified to ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 27017. Access is per user, with an organisational hierarchy that controls who sees which accounts, deals and reports.
About CRM
What is a CRM?
CRM stands for customer relationship management system. These are the problems a CRM solves:
- No centralised database. Time wasted looking up information across too many places, information lost whenever a representative leaves, sales updates happening without anyone knowing the result. Solution: all your data lives in one Sales1 workspace.
- Business metrics are hard to measure. You cannot quickly see your KPIs or get a whole view across marketing, sales and customer satisfaction. Solution: Sales1 analytics measure your team's performance.
- Low productivity. Nobody knows where each prospect stands, forecasts are inaccurate and bottlenecks are invisible. Solution: track every prospect and assign follow-up tasks to the team.
- Missing or inaccurate information. Customers get frustrated when sales does not know the history; revenue is lost to dissatisfied customers. Solution: collaborate on the data compiled inside Sales1.
Which module do I need: CRM, SFA or WFA?
Sales1 is one platform with three systems plus chat:
- SFA suits distribution companies. Assign visits to sales people and let them take orders in real time.
- WFA suits companies with technicians or other people who go into the field and generate reports. Track their whereabouts and let them submit reports remotely.
- CRM suits companies that sell to other companies (B2B). If you have a sales process with several steps, you almost certainly need a CRM.
- Chat adds WhatsApp, Messenger, Line, Telegram and email ticketing to any of the above.
Does Sales1 work without an internet connection?
Yes. The Android app stores orders, visits and reports locally when there is no signal and syncs them when the connection returns. This matters in warehouses, basements, rural routes and traditional markets.
Can Sales1 integrate with my ERP or accounting system?
Yes. An open API connects Sales1 with ERP, accounting, HRIS, warehouse management and e-commerce systems. Customers such as Yakult and Toshiba push orders and stock levels between Sales1 and their internal ERP.
Getting started
Is it difficult to use?
It is very easy to use. Implementation can take as little as one day. Let us show you in a demo so you can see for yourself.
Is this for large or small companies?
Both. Large and small companies benefit from knowing their teams' status and from insights into the business process that help them build the right strategy. Tell us your situation and we will show you how.
How much does it cost?
Not much at all. We want you to improve your sales and your bottom line, not break your finances. Plans start at US$25 per user per month and include the web application, the mobile application, support and a cloud server, so you do not need to invest in your own. See the pricing page or contact us for a personalised quote; the price varies with the number of users.
Do you provide training?
Yes. Online training is included, and on-site training is available in Jakarta and other Indonesian cities. Our support team speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.
